Detail. To truly do justice to a historic building, you need an eye for detail.
As we anticipate the beginning of a new project, we find ourselves at the local libraries, museums, City Hall, Heritage Councils, and of course, the Internet, gathering as much research as we possibly can on the building we are restoring. Many heritage buildings have been through numerous renovations that may have lost the history of the facade or interiors. Through old photos, and historic information, we can gather the details of the building, and recreate those details to restore the building to its former glory.
We work with our clients to discuss the potential of the project. We will explain in detail our suggested approach, the elements that can be recreated in our shop. We review the installation process, and the timeline to ensure the project is a success.
